The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The resort is tranquil and relaxing. I stayed in a Palm Mansion room with views of the beach. It was oversized and perfectly designed.
My call was rejected three times when I tried to contact the hotel. The representative was unhelpful and failed to apologize. The pool looked very dirty with gel and dirt floating in the water.

The check-in process was seamless. A comfortable seating area ensured immediate relaxation. Landscaping details were immaculate. The villa was fine, exhibiting beautiful design and appointments. Each staff member were great, anticipating my needs. I did not ask for assistance. It came without request.
The attempt to contact the reception desk met with frustrating results. The phone call was rejected several times before I got through.

Breakfast included fabulous food and service in a perfect outdoor setting. I loved the convenience of a short boat trip to the Royal Mirage with a further selection of restaurants. One notable option is the Tresind restaurant.

The staff demonstrated warmth and positive energy. Their kindness, accompanied by smiles, brightened my day. A host looked after me impeccably. Kuli was especially great at breakfast and assisted in other areas, too.
