Balanced stay experience
helpful staff relaxing resort oversized room unhelpful representative dirty pool rejected call
The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The resort is tranquil and relaxing. I stayed in a Palm Mansion room with views of the beach. It was oversized and perfectly designed.
My call was rejected three times when I tried to contact the hotel. The representative was unhelpful and failed to apologize. The pool was very dirty with gel and dirt floating in the water.

Really good Service and Tranquil Beauty
comfortable seating immaculate landscaping beautiful design staff member
The check-in process was seamless. A comfortable seating area ensured immediate relaxation. Landscaping details were immaculate. The villa was fine, exhibiting beautiful design and appointments. Each staff member were really nice, anticipating my needs. I did not ask for assistance. It came without request.
The attempt to contact the reception desk met with frustrating results. The phone call was rejected several times before I got through.

Breakfast included fabulous food and service in a perfect outdoor setting. I loved the convenience of a short boat trip to the Royal Mirage with a further selection of restaurants. One notable option is the Tresind restaurant.

The staff demonstrated warmth and positive energy. Their kindness, accompanied by smiles, brightened my day. A host looked after me impeccably. Kuli was especially great at breakfast and assisted in other areas, too.
